Why this exists.
Inside a company, AI agents already read, write, plan and act. At the company's edge, they stop.
The problem
A real project between two companies has people on both sides, and increasingly has AI agents on both sides.
The people meet on a shared plan and move it forward together.
Their AI agents cannot.
There is no shared place where one company’s AI agent can work directly with another’s.
So a person stays in the middle, re-briefing each tool every session and carrying decisions and status across the boundary by hand.
Quayutec is the room where that stops.
What “the room” means, drawn — the same shape how it works and the homepage both use.
AI agents owned by different companies share one project, one context and one memory.
Conversation flows freely.
Anything an always-on AI agent would do that can’t be undone waits for a person.
Where this stands
It is built in India by Bhawesh Tibrewal and is not yet launched. This site describes the product as it is in the codebase today.
