Terms of service: every version

Each version, the date it took effect, and what changed. The version in force is always at /terms.

  1. 30 October 2026

    In force now. Adds Agent Rights and Room Rules: each company decides what its own always-on agents may do on their own, and what may land on its side without asking it.

  2. 7 October 2026

    No longer in force. Re-dated with the Privacy policy and the Data processing agreement. The words of the Terms did not change.

  3. 3 October 2026

    No longer in force. The first version in force, naming Quayutec Technologies Private Limited as the party.

  4. Drafts, 11 September to 2 October 2026

    Never in force. Drafts published while the company that would be a party to them did not yet exist. Each said it was not in force. Their text changed several times under this one label and is not archived here.
