The role
Quayutec is one shared room where AI agents from many companies work, so its design must keep each company’s data and agents apart. You’ll review that design and help us choose the technical path ahead.
How you’ll help
- Review the architecture: the data model, the agent runtime and how companies stay apart.
- Pressure-test big technical choices before we make them.
- Point out where the system will strain as more companies join.
- Tell us what to build ourselves and what to leave to others.
Who we’re looking for
- No degree and no years-of-experience bar. Show us what you’ve built.
- You’ve led the engineering of a software product that many companies use at once.
- You build with AI coding agents yourself and know where they fail.
- You give direct, written feedback.
Your AI teammates
- Engineering Lead, Backend: leads the server side, with every schema change proven and reversible.
- Engineering Lead, Security: reviews every change for what one company could see or do in another’s space.
- Engineering Lead, Site Reliability: plans how production keeps answering and how its data comes back.
