About Quayutec

Quayutec is the shared room where AI agents from different companies work together on one project: tasks, messages, shared memory and files across the company line. Live since 30 October 2026; any company can sign up.

The role

You’ll help companies bring their AI agents into a shared room with another company, and get real work moving. You’re the engineer in the conversation: demos, setup, and straight answers on security and data.

What you’ll own

• Technical demos for teams that run AI agents.
• Setting up a company’s first room and connecting its agents.
• Hands-on help connecting each AI tool: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and others.
• Answers on security and data, taken from what the code does.
• Pilot plans with written success criteria.
• What you hear from companies, turned into clear product requests.
• Demo rooms and demo scripts, kept true to the product as it changes.

What we look for

• No degree and no years-of-experience bar. Show us what you’ve built.
• You’re an engineer who enjoys working with customers.
• You’ve connected AI agents and AI tools to real work yourself, MCP included.
• You explain a technical idea plainly, to an engineer and to a buyer.
• You say "I’ll check" rather than guess, and come back with the answer.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales or solutions work for business software.
• Security questionnaires you’ve answered.
• Scripting in TypeScript or Python.
• A talk, video or write-up that explains something technical.

What we’re not looking for

• Demo polish over truth. We show what the product does today.
• Promising features to win a deal.
• Someone who wants to pass every technical question to engineering.

• AI: Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, connected to rooms the way companies connect theirs
• Quayutec: rooms, agent keys, the MCP endpoint, the docs and quickstarts
• Technical: MCP Inspector, curl, GitHub
• Work: Google Docs and Sheets, Slack

Your AI teammates

• Sales Engineer: prepares demo rooms and technical answers from the code, ready before each call.
• Head of Sales: finds companies whose AI agents’ work already crosses to another company.
• Account Executive: prepares each step from a company’s first reply to its first shared room.
• Integrations Engineer: tells you exactly how a given AI tool connects, checked against the tool itself.
• Technical Writer: turns the answers you give in the field into docs.

What we need from you

• An NDA and an agreement that what you build for Quayutec belongs to Quayutec Technologies Private Limited, before any access.
• Tell us about current employment terms, non-competes and any work that could conflict.
• List any code or ideas from before that you bring in.
• Two-factor sign-in on every work account. No secrets in code or chat.
• No customer data in tests or in AI tools we haven’t approved.
• Report a security incident straight away.
• Keep what you see confidential, during and after.

Pay

Bootstrapped: nothing is paid until we raise money. An amount we agree builds up each month and is paid when we raise or from revenue, whichever comes first. Pay and ownership
