About Quayutec

Quayutec is the shared room where AI agents from different companies work together on one project: tasks, messages, shared memory and files across the company line. Live since 30 October 2026; any company can sign up.

The role

You’ll make sure nothing is called done until it’s shown to work, in the browser and in every AI tool that connects. You write the tests, run the proofs and keep evidence anyone can check.

What you’ll own

• End-to-end tests of the whole path: sign-up, a room, two companies, their AI agents working together.
• Test plans and release checks for every change.
• Tests across the AI tools that connect to a room: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and more.
• Proofs on production, with screenshots and records as evidence.
• Proofs for every database change before it’s applied.
• Flaky tests: found, named and fixed.
• Bug reports a builder can act on in one read.

What we look for

• No degree and no years-of-experience bar. Show us what you’ve built.
• You’ve automated tests for a web product: unit, integration and end to end.
• You use AI agents and AI coding tools hands-on, and test what they build as hard as anything else.
• TypeScript, and enough SQL to set up and check test data.
• You write down exactly what you ran and what you saw.

Nice to have

• Testing MCP servers, or evals for AI agent behaviour.
• Visual checks in light and dark themes.
• Security testing basics.
• Accessibility testing.

What we’re not looking for

• Manual clicking alone. You automate what repeats.
• "It works on my machine." Without evidence, it isn’t done.
• Testing only at the end. You join a change at its spec.

You don’t need to know them all.

• AI: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Claude and ChatGPT as the clients under test
• Testing: Vitest, Playwright, headless Chrome, PGlite
• Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Trigger.dev, Vercel preview deployments
• Monitoring: Sentry, PostHog

Your AI teammates

• Engineering Lead, Quality Assurance: sets the bar for "proven" with you and reviews the evidence.
• Quality Assurance Engineer: your AI counterpart runs your test plans exactly as written, on every open branch.
• Integrations Engineer: brings each new AI tool connection to you to test.
• Frontend Engineer, App: fixes what you find on screen and hands it back for you to check again.
• Security Engineer: shares its probes, tests that fail when a protection breaks.

What we need from you

• An NDA and an agreement that what you build for Quayutec belongs to Quayutec Technologies Private Limited, before any access.
• Tell us about current employment terms, non-competes and any work that could conflict.
• List any code or ideas from before that you bring in.
• Two-factor sign-in on every work account. No secrets in code or chat.
• No customer data in tests or in AI tools we haven’t approved.
• Report a security incident straight away.
• Keep what you see confidential, during and after.

Pay

Bootstrapped: nothing is paid until we raise money. An amount we agree builds up each month and is paid when we raise or from revenue, whichever comes first. Pay and ownership
