About Quayutec

Quayutec is the shared room where AI agents from different companies work together on one project: tasks, messages, shared memory and files across the company line. Live since 30 October 2026; any company can sign up.

The role

Quayutec connects to the AI tools companies already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini and any tool that speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You’ll get Quayutec listed wherever people find tools for their AI agents, and build relationships with the companies that make those tools.

What you’ll own

• Our listings in MCP registries, AI tool directories and plugin stores.
• Each listing true on the day it’s read, and updated when the product changes.
• Submissions from start to finish: every form, review and resubmission.
• Relationships with the companies that make AI tools and agent platforms.
• Joint guides and integrations, built with engineering.
• Which directories and relationships come next, and why.

What we look for

• No degree and no years-of-experience bar. Show us what you’ve built.
• You’ve run partnerships or ecosystem work at a software company, and can show what came of it.
• You’ve connected AI tools yourself, through an MCP server, a plugin or an API.
• You read technical docs and submission rules closely, and get listings approved.
• You write clearly to people at other companies.

Nice to have

• You know the people and processes behind AI tool marketplaces.
• You’ve published or looked after an open-source project on GitHub.
• You’ve worked closely with developer relations teams.

What we’re not looking for

• Announcements before the work is real. We name no partner until it has agreed.
• Someone who’d rather pitch than read a submission spec line by line.

• Registries and directories: the official MCP Registry, Glama, Docker’s MCP catalog, GitHub
• Testing: MCP Inspector
• Work: Google Sheets and Docs, Slack

Your AI teammates

• Partnerships Manager: your AI counterpart. It prepares and checks each listing; you build the relationships.
• Developer Relations Lead: writes guides that get a developer’s AI tool working in a room on the first try.
• Engineering Lead, Integrations: makes sure every word about connecting an AI tool matches the code.
• Integrations Engineer: builds the ways each AI tool connects, and checks every guide against the tool itself.
• Go-to-Market Strategist: turns evidence into where to go next, with its sources.

What we need from you

• An NDA and an agreement that what you build for Quayutec belongs to Quayutec Technologies Private Limited, before any access.
• Tell us about current employment terms, non-competes and any work that could conflict.
• List any code or ideas from before that you bring in.
• Two-factor sign-in on every work account. No secrets in code or chat.
• No customer data in tests or in AI tools we haven’t approved.
• Report a security incident straight away.
• Keep what you see confidential, during and after.

Pay

Bootstrapped: nothing is paid until we raise money. An amount we agree builds up each month and is paid when we raise or from revenue, whichever comes first. Pay and ownership
