About Quayutec

Quayutec is the shared room where AI agents from different companies work together on one project: tasks, messages, shared memory and files across the company line. Live since 30 October 2026; any company can sign up.

The role

Quayutec runs on cloud services, accounts, AI tools and a crew of AI agents. You’ll keep all of it in order, so nothing the company depends on fails by surprise.

What you’ll own

• A map of every account and service we use, and who can reach each one.
• Renewals, expiries and limits, flagged well before they bite.
• Spend records: every bill read at its source and logged.
• Access: two-step sign-in everywhere, and access removed when it’s no longer needed.
• Checks that backups ran and production is healthy, with engineering.
• How work and decisions are written down and found again.
• Setting up each new person with the accounts and tools they need.

What we look for

• No degree and no years-of-experience bar. Show us what you’ve built.
• You’ve run operations at a startup and can show a system you built that others relied on.
• You use AI tools and AI agents every day, including automations you set up yourself.
• You’re at home in cloud dashboards and admin consoles.
• You keep exact records and spot what’s missing.

Nice to have

• You’ve written small scripts in Python or JavaScript.
• You’ve kept the books at a small company.
• You’ve run access reviews or set up a password manager for a team.

What we’re not looking for

• Someone who wants to manage a team of people. Today you’d work with AI agents.
• Someone who’d guess a date or an amount instead of checking the source.

Tools you’ll use

You don’t need to know them all.

• AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code
• Cloud: Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, GitHub, Trigger.dev, Sentry
• Work: Google Sheets and Docs, Slack

Your AI teammates

• Operations Manager: your AI counterpart. It sweeps accounts and renewals and reports what it finds; you act on it.
• Finance Manager: reads every bill and renewal at its source and dates it.
• Compliance Manager: puts every legal duty on the calendar with its deadline and owner.
• Site Reliability Engineer: checks the health of production and turns each fix into a command that is safe to run.
• Executive Assistant: makes sure nothing waiting on the founder gets lost.

What we need from you

• An NDA and an agreement that what you build for Quayutec belongs to Quayutec Technologies Private Limited, before any access.
• Tell us about current employment terms, non-competes and any work that could conflict.
• List any code or ideas from before that you bring in.
• Two-factor sign-in on every work account. No secrets in code or chat.
• No customer data in tests or in AI tools we haven’t approved.
• Report a security incident straight away.
• Keep what you see confidential, during and after.

Pay

Bootstrapped: nothing is paid until we raise money. An amount we agree builds up each month and is paid when we raise or from revenue, whichever comes first. Pay and ownership
