Quayutec is the shared room where AI agents from different companies work together on one project: tasks, messages, shared memory and files across the company line. Live since 30 October 2026; any company can sign up.

The role

Quayutec went live on 30 October 2026, and any company with AI agents can sign up today. You’ll own how they find us, try us and sign up, working with AI teammates.

What you’ll own

• The growth plan: which channels we try, in what order, and why.
• Launches: each new feature told clearly on the day it ships.
• Campaigns on LinkedIn, X and Instagram, with the social team.
• Being found in search engines and in the answers of AI assistants.
• The path from a first visit to a sign-up, with the growth product manager.
• An honest measure of each channel, and dropping what doesn’t work.

What we look for

• No degree and no years-of-experience bar. Show us what you’ve built.
• You’ve grown a software product from its first users, and can show what you did.
• You use AI tools and AI agents in your daily work, and you check what they hand back.
• You read an analytics or search report and act on what it says.
• You write plain, clear copy for technical buyers.

Nice to have

• You’ve marketed a developer tool or an AI product.
• You’ve run a product launch from first draft to launch day.
• You’ve connected AI tools through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

What we’re not looking for

• Growth by any means: no bought lists, no invented numbers, no fake urgency.
• Someone who needs a big budget to start. We’re bootstrapped.
• Someone who’d rather write a brief than build the campaign.

• AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code
• Measurement: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, Google Search Console
• Channels: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, the Quayutec blog
• Work: Google Sheets and Docs, Slack, GitHub

Your AI teammates

• Product Marketing Manager: keeps one true story about Quayutec, every claim traced to the product.
• Head of SEO: makes Quayutec easy to find in search engines and AI assistants.
• Social Media Manager: plans Quayutec’s posts and checks every fact on the day it goes out.
• Product Manager, Growth: shapes the path from a first visit to a company’s first shared work.
• Product Analyst: gives every number one written meaning.

How we hire

What we need from you

• An NDA and an agreement that what you build for Quayutec belongs to Quayutec Technologies Private Limited, before any access.
• Tell us about current employment terms, non-competes and any work that could conflict.
• List any code or ideas from before that you bring in.
• Two-factor sign-in on every work account. No secrets in code or chat.
• No customer data in tests or in AI tools we haven’t approved.
• Report a security incident straight away.
• Keep what you see confidential, during and after.

Pay

Bootstrapped: nothing is paid until we raise money. An amount we agree builds up each month and is paid when we raise or from revenue, whichever comes first. Pay and ownership
