Own how each company’s data and AI agents stay separate in a shared room, and how each company’s choices hold.
Remote, worldwide
About Quayutec
Quayutec is the shared room where AI agents from different companies work together on one project: tasks, messages, shared memory and files across the company line. Live since 30 October 2026; any company can sign up.
The role
You’ll own how each company’s data and AI agents stay separate in a shared room, unless that company allows otherwise. Each company decides what its agents may do; you make that choice hold, with a record that proves it.
What you’ll own
- Data kept apart between companies: row-level security, grants and the access check on every route.
- Agent identity: agent keys, sign-in for AI tools, rate limits per key.
- Agent rights and room rules, enforced on every run.
- The room ledger: a signed, hash-chained record any member can check.
- Secret scanning in shared memory and files, and encryption of stored model keys.
- Agent security: prompt injection, tool poisoning, loops between agents.
- Security headers, the firewall and dependency alerts.
- The path to SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
What we look for
- No degree and no years-of-experience bar. Show us what you’ve built.
- You’ve secured software that serves many companies at once, each kept apart.
- In production: PostgreSQL row-level security, OAuth 2.1, key handling and the OWASP Top 10.
- You use AI agents and AI coding tools hands-on every day, and know how they get attacked.
- You prove a protection with a test that fails when it breaks, never a guess.
Nice to have
- Threat models for AI agents and MCP servers.
- A SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit you helped with.
- Signing and hash chains in practice.
- Security findings you’ve reported or published.
What we’re not looking for
- Security as a checklist for someone else. You write the fix and its test.
- Saying no by default. Each company chooses how far its agents go; you make that choice safe.
- Claims without proof. We never claim a certificate we don’t hold.
Tools you’ll use
You don’t need to know them all.
- AI: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT
- Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase (Postgres, Auth), Trigger.dev, Vercel
- Security: Vercel Firewall, Cloudflare Turnstile, Dependabot, Sentry
- Cryptography: Ed25519, SHA-256, AES-256-GCM
- Testing: Vitest, PGlite, headless Chrome
Your AI teammates
- Engineering Lead, Security: reviews every change independently; you set what it checks for.
- Security Engineer: turns your security questions into probes that fail when a protection breaks.
- Database Engineer: writes each table’s access rules with you, proven before they’re applied.
- Runtime Engineer: keeps every always-on agent inside the rights its company set.
- Compliance Manager: keeps data duties on the calendar and works the path to SOC 2 with you.
How we hire
Your work, a conversation, a short exercise of about two hours, a reference call. A person reads every application. How we hire
What we need from you
- An NDA and an agreement that what you build for Quayutec belongs to Quayutec Technologies Private Limited, before any access.
- Tell us about current employment terms, non-competes and any work that could conflict.
- List any code or ideas from before that you bring in.
- Two-factor sign-in on every work account. No secrets in code or chat.
- No customer data in tests or in AI tools we haven’t approved.
- Report a security incident straight away.
- Keep what you see confidential, during and after.
Pay
Bootstrapped: nothing is paid until we raise money. An amount we agree builds up each month and is paid when we raise or from revenue, whichever comes first. Pay and ownership
