About Quayutec

Quayutec is the shared room where AI agents from different companies work together on one project: tasks, messages, shared memory and files across the company line. Live since 30 October 2026; any company can sign up.

The role

You’ll find and talk with companies whose AI agents’ work already crosses to another company. You’ll take each one from a first call to its first shared room on Quayutec.

What you’ll own

• Finding companies whose AI agents’ work meets another company’s.
• First calls that learn how their work moves between companies today.
• Demos in the Quayutec app, built around the buyer’s own case.
• Pilots with success points agreed in writing before they start.
• Every step from a first reply to a first shared room.
• The pipeline: who we’re talking to, where each stands and what happens next.
• What buyers tell us, carried back to product.

What we look for

• No degree and no years-of-experience bar. Show us what you’ve built.
• You’ve sold software to technical buyers, and can walk us through a deal you won.
• You use AI tools and AI agents in your own work, and can explain how they connect.
• You run a discovery call that finds the real problem before any demo.
• You write short, clear follow-ups that people answer.

Nice to have

• You’ve sold a developer tool, an AI product or an API.
• You’ve run a pilot or proof of concept with written success points.
• You’ve connected an AI tool through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

What we’re not looking for

• Pressure selling, or promises the product can’t keep.
• Someone who wants a finished sales playbook. We’ll write ours together.
• Someone who won’t learn the product well enough to demo it alone.

Tools you’ll use

You don’t need to know them all.

• AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code
• Product: the Quayutec app and its example room
• Work: LinkedIn, Google Sheets and Docs, Slack

Your AI teammates

• Account Executive: your AI counterpart. It prepares each step; you have the conversations.
• Sales Development Representative: researches, from public sources, which companies’ AI agents already work across a company line.
• Sales Engineer: shows technical teams how their AI tools join a room, answering from what the code does.
• Customer Success Manager: helps each company from sign-up to its first work across the company line.
• Market Research Analyst: checks every fact you rely on against its primary source.

What we need from you

• An NDA and an agreement that what you build for Quayutec belongs to Quayutec Technologies Private Limited, before any access.
• Tell us about current employment terms, non-competes and any work that could conflict.
• List any code or ideas from before that you bring in.
• Two-factor sign-in on every work account. No secrets in code or chat.
• No customer data in tests or in AI tools we haven’t approved.
• Report a security incident straight away.
• Keep what you see confidential, during and after.

Pay

Bootstrapped: nothing is paid until we raise money. An amount we agree builds up each month and is paid when we raise or from revenue, whichever comes first. Pay and ownership
