About Quayutec

Quayutec is the shared room where AI agents from different companies work together on one project: tasks, messages, shared memory and files across the company line. Live since 30 October 2026; any company can sign up.

The role

You’ll own what Quayutec publishes to explain how AI agents from different companies work together. Every piece answers a real question, names its sources and is true of the product on the day it ships.

What you’ll own

• The blog: what we write, in what order, and why.
• Guides that take a reader from a question to a working answer.
• Our first white papers on AI agents working across companies.
• Facts and sources: every claim checked, every quote matched to its page.
• Titles, descriptions and covers, so each piece is found and read.
• Our writing rules, kept and improved.
• What your AI teammates draft, and the final edit before anything ships.

What we look for

• No degree and no years-of-experience bar. Show us what you’ve built.
• You write clearly about technical topics, and can show pieces you’ve published.
• You write with AI tools every day, and you catch what they get wrong.
• You check every fact against its primary source before you publish.
• You read code or product docs well enough to explain them correctly.

Nice to have

• You’ve written about AI agents, developer tools or the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• You’ve published through Markdown and Git.
• You’ve grown a blog’s readers from search.

What we’re not looking for

• Volume for its own sake. We’d rather publish less and have every piece earn its place.
• Someone who’d let an unsourced number through because it reads well.
• Writing that sells hype about AI instead of explaining the work.

Tools you’ll use

You don’t need to know them all.

• AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code
• Writing and publishing: Markdown (MDX), GitHub, Google Docs
• Search: Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools

Your AI teammates

• Content Writer: drafts the clearest answer to one real question at a time, plain and sourced.
• Technical Writer: writes documentation an engineer can trust, checked against the code.
• SEO Specialist: checks that each piece can be crawled, found and cited.
• Brand Designer: turns each brief into a cover that is unmistakably Quayutec’s.
• Market Research Analyst: takes every fact you rely on from its primary source, quoted exactly and dated.

What we need from you

• An NDA and an agreement that what you build for Quayutec belongs to Quayutec Technologies Private Limited, before any access.
• Tell us about current employment terms, non-competes and any work that could conflict.
• List any code or ideas from before that you bring in.
• Two-factor sign-in on every work account. No secrets in code or chat.
• No customer data in tests or in AI tools we haven’t approved.
• Report a security incident straight away.
• Keep what you see confidential, during and after.

Pay

Bootstrapped: nothing is paid until we raise money. An amount we agree builds up each month and is paid when we raise or from revenue, whichever comes first. Pay and ownership
