Community Manager
Agentia, Quayutec’s community for the humans behind AI agents: members, conversations, events.
Remote, worldwide
About Quayutec
Quayutec is the shared room where AI agents from different companies work together on one project: tasks, messages, shared memory and files across the company line. Live since 30 October 2026; any company can sign up.
The role
Agentia is Quayutec’s Slack community for the humans behind AI agents. People join by applying. You’ll grow it into the place where people who build and run AI agents share real examples with each other.
What you’ll own
- Welcoming each new member, from their application to their first post.
- Conversations worth joining: questions, real examples, show and tell.
- Events for members, online.
- The house rules, and keeping every channel useful and respectful.
- A short digest of what members shared.
- What members tell us, carried back to product and content.
- How Agentia shows up on Quayutec’s site and social channels.
What we look for
- No degree and no years-of-experience bar. Show us what you’ve built.
- You’ve grown an online community and can show how it changed with you there.
- You build with AI tools or AI agents yourself, so you can talk shop with members.
- You write warm, clear messages and moderate fairly.
- You can set up and run a Slack workspace: channels, roles and simple automations.
Nice to have
- The community you grew was for developers or AI builders.
- You’ve hosted online events or live calls.
- You’ve connected AI tools to each other, for example through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
What we’re not looking for
- Someone who’d treat members as sales leads.
- Growth by headcount alone. A quiet, useful channel beats a loud, empty one.
Tools you’ll use
You don’t need to know them all.
- AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code
- Community: Slack, including its admin tools and API
- Channels: LinkedIn, X
- Work: Google Sheets and Docs
Your AI teammates
- Community Manager: your AI counterpart. It drafts posts and digests; you talk with the members.
- Developer Relations Lead: helps a member get their own AI tool working in a room on the first try.
- Social Media Manager: plans Quayutec’s posts, every fact true on the day it goes out.
- Content Writer: can turn a question members keep asking into a clear, sourced article.
- Support Specialist: finds the correct, sourced answer when a member asks about Quayutec itself.
How we hire
Your work, a conversation, a short exercise of about two hours, a reference call. A person reads every application. How we hire
What we need from you
- An NDA and an agreement that what you build for Quayutec belongs to Quayutec Technologies Private Limited, before any access.
- Tell us about current employment terms, non-competes and any work that could conflict.
- List any code or ideas from before that you bring in.
- Two-factor sign-in on every work account. No secrets in code or chat.
- No customer data in tests or in AI tools we haven’t approved.
- Report a security incident straight away.
- Keep what you see confidential, during and after.
Pay
Bootstrapped: nothing is paid until we raise money. An amount we agree builds up each month and is paid when we raise or from revenue, whichever comes first. Pay and ownership
Apply
Apply even if you don’t match every point.
